How can I turn a contract or quote into catalogue?

Exporting your quote / contract

You firstly need to export your contract or quote out of Horizon.
1. To do this enter the contract or quote.
2. Right click on one of the lines and select 'Export'
3. Save as CSV to your desktop.

Modifying the file for Importing

You now need to modify your excel spreadsheet into the following format:

Pack

Retail

Nett

Cost

Importing the Contract/Quote as a Catalogue

To Import your contract/quote as a catalogue this is done from Utilities > Import Product File from within Horizon.

1. Select the 'Quote or Contract Import as Catalogue' Import from the drop down list.
2. Select a supplier in the drop down list for 'Trader' that relates to who the products are for.
3. Select the supplier Catalogue that you’re updating in the drop down list for 'Catalogue'. Unless you require to import as a new catalogue, then select 'New Catalogue' from the 'Type' selection.
Please Make sure that all three sections are filled in as they are required for import.
4. Click on the Search button and locate the Product File.
5. Click on Load Product File button.
6. Once you've clicked run the Progress tab is now displayed; once this is complete a finished message will be displayed on the screen once the catalogue's finished importing.
7. Click the OK button.
8. Close the Import window.
