What are the different entry options in the Web daybook?

The different entry options available on the Web daybook are presented below, and what they are used for to interact with HorizonWeb.

AUTH – Orders Awaiting Authorization

These are orders that have been sent for authorization on HorizonWeb. They will be picked up and dealt with online by the assigned authorizer.

CART – Shopping Cart

A ‘CART’ is an active trader cart which stores the traders shopping list before it is either processed as an order, sent for authorization or saved.

FAVO – Internet User Favourites

The customer is able to select their favourites by simply clicking on the ‘Add To Favourites’ button underneath a product item. This will then ask them if they want to add it to an existing Favourites list or create a new Favourites List. These Lists then get stored in Horizon as a FAVO.

OPAD – Order Pad

An Order Pad is set up in Horizon and then the Trader can view the list on the HorizonWeb on the Order Pad tab. For Traders to be able to view their contracts within the Order Pads section, ensure that ‘web’ is ticked on the ‘Our Analysis’ page of that contract.

If a contact is set on an Order Pad or Contract then only that contact will be able to view it online. If you wish the Order Pad or Contract to be viewable by all from a customer then you must blank the contact.

SAVE – Saved Order

A saved order is produced by the Customer on HorizonWeb. When a Customer is on HorizonWeb they are able to save an order for later, if they want to start another cart. To view a saved order it can be seen down the right hand side of the website.
