What can you view from the Call Manager daybook?
The Call Manager when opened is defaulted to display all calls that are assigned to the user that is logged in, that are due for the current day and are for sales customers.
You are able to then use the different tabs across the top of the Call Manager daybook to view all calls due for the week, for the month.
You are also given the following options to show the calls you wish to view.
- Include Completed – When ticked the call manager will show completed calls.
- Show Unassigned Calls – When ticked the call manager will show calls that are unassigned to any internal contact.
- Show Notes – When ticked the call manager will show call notes.
- Customers – If selected the call manager will only show Customer Calls
- Leads – If selected the call manager will only show Leads Calls
- All – If selected all calls will be shown in the call manager
Otherwise you can use the search section to find the call(s) you wish to view.
