Creating a Spicers' Office Fleet purchase order

Introduced in version 3.425

Office Fleet is a service from Spicers, where Pick, Wrap and Deliver orders are delivered by a local fleet of vans rather than a courier/carrier service.

If you want a Pick, Wrap and Deliver order to be sent using Office Fleet, there are four new delivery options you can choose from:

• Desktop –
• Floor –
• Store Cupboard –
• Reception –

• Open the Purchase Order.
• In the Delivery Method box, click Customer Delivery by Supplier (pick and wrap). The delivery options list (to the right) is then available.
• Click Desktop, Floor, Store Cupboard or Reception. If you choose one of the other options, you are not selecting an Office Fleet delivery.
• Click Confirm.
