What details do I need to setup in Horizon for marketing to work?

 

Setup email settings

Select the 'Settings' tab in the Setup Company and then 'Email' (as seen below).

In here you are required to set up your email information. This means that all emails from Horizon and HorizonWeb will be able to be sent to your customers.

You are asked for you STMP, POP3, Login and Password to be entered. These will be available from your Internet Service Provider (ISP). If your server requires authentication when sending emails, please tick the tick box provided.

Setup web address / internal ip address

In Horizon if you go into Setup and then select Web. This will then pop up the Web Setup and display the Rules tab.

Place your internal IP address in the 'Internal Web Address' section and then fill in the 'Web Address' with either your external IP address or domain name.
