        Return Period Settings

Here you will see a table of the return reasons that are configured within horizon.

To setup a return period:

  1. Type the number of days into the New Allowed Time for Return field.
  2. Click on the Update Return Times button.
  3. You will then notice that the Current Allowed Time for Return section has been immediately updated.

After these are set, when a customer creates a return online the system will check if its within the allowed return period and only let them complete the return if it is.

Note: If no return periods are set then all online returns will be allowed.
