Return Period Settings
Here you will see a table of the return reasons that are configured within horizon.
To setup a return period:
- Type the number of days into the New Allowed Time for Return field.
- Click on the Update Return Times button.
- You will then notice that the Current Allowed Time for Return section has been immediately updated.
After these are set, when a customer creates a return online the system will check if its within the allowed return period and only let them complete the return if it is.
Note: If no return periods are set then all online returns will be allowed.
