        Order Options and their Meanings

• Put Web Orders on hold
  All orders from the web will be on hold.



• Allow Collect From Store
  Gives the customer the option in the cart to collect the item(s) from your store.



• Use Call Off
  Adds a tick box on the product details screen that allows the user to take items off a Call Off order.



• Automatically Use Call Offs
  Will automatically take products from call off stock if available for the customer.



• Order with a note on hold
  If the customer places a note on the order the order will drop into Horizon on hold.



• Default to webtrader cost centre
  Will use the webtraders cost centre by default unless one is selected against the customer placing the order.



• Allow user to choose Authoriser
  Will enable the user to select who too send the order to authorise.



• Allow users to select an invoice address at checkout
  Will provide a drop down box on checkout to enable the use to select an invoice address.

  Note: This can be enabled per trader by selecting the On Trader Basis option. On those traders, you then need to:

  1. In Horizon, open the trader card for the customer you want to change
  2. On the tab row, click Settings > Yes/No Options.
  3. In the Special Settings box, type: Invaddresstraderbasis=true
  4. Click Confirm.

• Trader Specific Swaps In Cart
  Will display Traders Specific Swaps in the Cart.
• Hide Notes on Checkout
  Prevents users adding notes to orders from the checkout.



• Use reference in Delivery Drop Down
  Puts the Trader reference in the delivery drop down list on checkout.



• Mark Order as Printed on Confirmation
  Marks the order as printed upon confirmation.



• Allow Ordering of Quotes from Browse
  Allows the customer to order items off a Quote from product detials.



• Allow accounts to pay using webtrader payment type
  Allows the customer to pay for the order up front using the webtraders payment type.



• Allow customers to complete orders under the Minimum value
  Allows the customer to place an order below the minimum order value set on their trader card.



• Default Mulitple authoriser selection to main authoriser
  Allows the user to select which authoriser to send their order to.



• User Account Manager as Order Owner
  When the order is placed it will be created against the Account Manager not the Web Login.
