How do I add boxes to the left and right of horizonweb?

In order to add an extra box to either the left or right of your horizon web site, you will need to create trader and contact groups. To add a new group goto Setup and click

This will open the following screen:

Adding a Group

To add a contact group click the 'contacts' and press then enter a description, image link, details and Http link.

'Description' is used to identify the group within Horizon. In the 'Web Image' field you need to enter the name of the image, note this will also need to be uploaded onto your webbox and the names must match exactly. Text entered in the 'Details' field will popup on the web when the mouse is hovered over the image. The 'Http Link' is the page you will be taken too when the image is clicked, for example, www.google.com. Once you have fill in all the fields click the button.

To Add a Trader Group click the 'Traders' tab then follow the same process as above.

Assigning a Group

To make the boxes visible you need to assign the group you have made to the trader or contacts you wish it to be visible for.

Assigning a Trader Group: The easiest way to assign a trader group to traders is through the traders browse screen. To do this click the Traders button or F9 on your keyboard. Enter the Trader code of the company you wish the image to be visible too, or click search to get a full list of traders.; From here, click the 'Groups and Deals' tab along the bottom of the screen and unselect the 'All' tick option on the left. This will allow you to select one or more traders from the list, select the groups you wish them to be assigned too in the Groups box at the top and click the button.

Assigning a Contact Group: To assign a contact to a contact group you have to add them one by one, to do this goto the contact you wish to add. Once on the contact screen click the 'Groups' tab,; you will see a list of thecreated groups. Tick the group or groups you wish to assign this contact too and press the button.
