How do I setup a trader use a Web Order Number on HorizonWeb?
To setup a trader to use a Web Order Number on HorizonWeb you need to go into Horizon and onto the trader card for the specific customer.
If you go onto the Settings, Web and then the Rules tab
Then select the option Use Web Order Number.
If ticked when the customer places an order online, there SORD reference will be placed in the customers reference on the order.
