        How do I setup a Web Offer for HorizonWeb?

To set up a Web Offer first you go into Setup and then Catalogues, from here select the Web Offers tab along the top.

To add in a new Web Offers Catalogue select Add Catalogue from the top, and set the Name to something in relation to what kind of Offers are available (e.g. Winter Sale, Diary 2009), the expiry date also needs to be set.

There are two ways of adding Items into the Web Offers Catalogue you’ve created.

• If you go onto the stock card (F8) of an item you wish to add. All you have to do is right click on the code on the catalogues tab and select Add To Web Offers.
  This will then bring up the create product screen, where you can modify the code, prices and description.

• If you right click in the lower half of the catalogue screen in the products area and select Create Product, you’ll be able to set up your own code for a product you wish to add.
