What email address do emails from HorizonWeb go from?
The address used by Horizon Web when sending emails is the one assigned to the Web Login. To check which account this is set as the Web login, within Horizon go to Web Setup on the setup menu and check who is set as the ‘Web Login’ contact. This can be set to any contact that is set in your company.
To check or change the address this account uses go to the contacts under Company in the Setup menu.
Here you can see the email address set against the Web Login account,
web@email.com, this can be changed to any valid address that you hold and will be used for the automated emailing from the web, for example, Order confirmations.
