        How do I setup a contact specific Welcome Message for HorizonWeb ?

To setup a contact specific welcome message for HorizonWeb you need to go into Horizon and onto the trader card for the specific customer and then select the Contact button to bring up the trader contacts.

If you then select the contact and then go onto the Web and then the Welcome tab you are then able to enter your html text that will then display in the central section of HorizonWeb when that contact logs in.

Note: As default if nothing is entered it will show the trader welcome message and if that is blank it will show the companies Logged In Message.
