What are the settings on the 'Working Times' section of the Admin Page?
Note: This feature is only available in HorizonWeb Versions 2.58 onwards.
The working times options allow you to tell HorizonWeb which days you are in the office and untill what time. The advantage of doing this is any orders placed outside
of these times will automatically drop in on the next available working day, ensuring relevant orders always show on the 'Today' Screen of Horizon and dont get missed. For Example, if an order is
placed on a Saturday it will show on Monday in the 'Today' sales daybook so it can easily be seen.
To configure these log into your admin account and navigate to the 'Working Times' section of the admin page,
Once here you can enter a cut off time, this is the time you leave your office and any orders placed after this time will appear the next day, for example if
your cutoff time is 17:00 an order placed at 17:24 on Monday would appear on the Today sales daybook on Tuesday.
For the Working days simply tick the days that you have staff in your office.
Using these two options together will ensure you never miss an order due to the fact you wern't in the office!
