How do I configure return periods? (Version 2.60 or Higher)

To configure the allowed return periods for online returns, goto the admin page and click onto the 'Overrides' section.

Here you will see a table of the return reasons that are configured within horizon. To set a return period, type the number of days into the 'New Allowed Time for Return' field and click the 'Update Return Times' button, you will see the 'Current Allowed Time for Return' update immediately.

After these are set, when a customer creates a return online the system will check if its within the allowed return period and only let them complete the return if it is. If no return periods are set then all online returns will be allowed.
