What are the different options on the Status tab?

Default Database

This shows what version of Horizon you're using, and your company name plus machine code. The 'Apply Updates' button will apply the updates to the current database if there are any available.

Licensing Information

The Licensing Information displays how many users you are licensed for to use Horizon, and also shows how many people are currently using the Horizon software. You are also shown the expiration date for Horizon, Marketing, Masternaut and Automate where applicable.

Automatic Calls

This works in conjunction with Contacts in Horizon, that are set to receive automated called. If set to run, it will check contacts to see if an automated call is required. If so a call will be created for that customer.

Order Processing

The Order Pressing presents the amount of sales orders which have been imported and checked. By selecting 'Check Now' the Command Centre will check the system for processing orders.

Current Database

This Current Database shows which Database you are currently using for Horizon.

HorizonWeb

This enables you to take offline and bring online your HorizonWeb if you place the internal IP address in the box, and select one of the options. (Please note you will require a setting set on your HorizonWeb Box to do this).
