How do I setup Command Centre to do a Automatic Backup and Restore?

  1. Right click on the Command Centre icon on your task manager and then click restore to bring up the Command Centre.
  2. Select the Backup tab.
  3. Select the time and days when you wish the backup and restore to perform. (You can also select the amount of backups you wish to be kept as an archieve).
  4. Select from the following options:
    • Enable Automated Backup* (Enables the backup to run automatically)
    • Enable Automated Restore* (Enables the restore of the data to be ran automatically)
    • Upload to FTP* (Uploads a copy to BlueSky’s Secure FTP site, for Support use only).
    • Update Reports (This will update the Reports on your system to the latest versions.)
  5. Select the database(s) that you wish to backup and restore.
  6. You can select where you require the database is to be backed up to by setting a location in the ‘Backup Location’ area. Otherwise it will default to the Horizon – DATA folder to place backups.
  7. Click ‘Save Settings’.
  8. You are now setup to perform an automated backup and restore.
