How do I Import the Integra Images?

The Integra Images are Imported from Utilities > Import Product File from within Horizon.

You firstly need to obtain the Images from Integra.

Please be aware BlueSky do not distribute Supplier Images.

You will now be required to setup the files for importing.

1. Create a folder on your desktop or somewhere accessible called ‘Integra Images’.
2. Inside this folder place your excel spreadsheet
3. Also create a folder called ‘Images’

Place the Integra Images inside the ‘Images’ folder.

Note: The Images File is normally kept with the Image files in the .zip file provided by Integra. To find this file it is advised to sort by the ‘file type’ and then go to the bottom of the screen and you will find the excel spreadsheet.

Importing Images

1. Select the ‘Integra Images Import’ from the Import File drop down.
2. Select the Trader as ‘Integra’.
3. Select the Catalogue as the ‘Integra Catalogue’.
4. Click on the search button.
5. Select the excel spreadsheet.
6. Click on the ‘Load Product File’ button, this will start loading in the images.
7. When it has finished click the OK button.
8. Close the Import window.
