JGBM Supplier Comms

JGBM will supply you with the following:

• Account Reference
• FTP server address, username and password

Setting up the trader

1. From the Set-up menu, click Traders.
2. Search for your JGBM trader, or create a new trader.
3. On the Details tab, complete the address and contact details.
4. Within the yellow box:
   1. In the Ac. Ref. box enter your JGBM account reference.
   2. In the Type box, click P - Supplier.
   
5. Click the Settings tab, then click the Supplier Settings tab.
6. In the Catalogue list, select JGBM Main Catalogue.

   Note: If you have not imported a JGBM catalogue before, the catalogue will not be in the list. You will need to return to this setting after importing the catalogue.

7. In the GIN Delay box, type 3.
8. In the Lead Time box, type 1.

Setting up Supplier Comms

1. Click the Settings tab, then click the Comms tab.
2. From the Comms list select Generic OPXML.
3. In the FTP Server box type www.jgbm.co.uk
4. In the Logon box type your FTP Username. This will follow the format <reference>@jgbm.co.uk
5. In the Password box type your FTP password.
6. Type the following into the file grid:

   Doc Type	Path	File Mask
   Orders	In\	*.xml
   Acknowledgements	OUT\ack\	*_ack.xml
   Delivery Confirmations
   Invoices	Out\inv\	*_inv.xml
   Terms		*.csv
   Remittances
   Catalogues		*.csv
   Stock		*.csv
   Credits

7. Select the Order Using FTP option.
8. Select the User Passive Mode FTP option.
9. Click Confirm.
