DMC Supplier Comms

ECi Software Solutions Atomic team will supply you will the following:

• Atomic DMS website – access to the Atomic Horizon Standard Catalogue Import file format.

DMC will supply you will the following:

• Atomic cost price file account code and password
• Account Reference
• FTP server address, username and password

Setting up the trader

1. From the Set-up menu, click Traders.
2. Search for your DMC trader, or create a new trader.
3. On the Details tab, complete the address and contact details.
4. Within the yellow box:
   1. In the Ac. Ref. box enter your DMC account reference.
   2. In the Type box, click P - Supplier.
   
5. Click the Settings tab, then click the Supplier Settings tab.
6. In the Catalogue list, select DMC Main Catalogue.

   Note: If you have not imported a DMC catalogue before, the catalogue will not be in the list. You will need to return to this setting after importing the catalogue.

7. In the GIN Delay box, type 3.
8. In the Lead Time box, type 1.

Setting up Supplier Comms

1. Click the Settings tab, then click the Comms tab.
2. From the Comms list select Generic OPXML.
3. In the FTP Server box type the FTP server address (supplied by DMC)
4. In the Logon box type your FTP Username (supplied by DMC)
5. In the Password box type your FTP Password (supplied by DMC)
6. Type the following into the file grid:

   Doc Type	Path	File Mask
   Orders	IN\Orders	ORD*.xml
   Acknowledgements	OUT\Acknowledgements	ACK*.xml
   Delivery Confirmations
   Invoices	OUT\Invoices	INV*.xml
   Terms
   Remittances
   Catalogues
   Stock
   Credits	OUT\Credits	CRD*.xml

7. Select the Order Using FTP option.
8. Select the User Passive Mode FTPoption.
9. Click Confirm.
