    TC Group - Loading Terms Manually

The terms file should be automatically provided in the correct format by the supplier when downloading from Wholesale Comms.

The file should be in the following format:

The file is named catalog.csv and has the following columns:

Column Description
A Item Code
B Item Cost

Providing your file matches the details above you can now import your file into Horizon.

Rename your terms file so it has a .tf extension.

  1. From the menu, click Set-up > Catalogue.
  2. From the toolbar click Import. The Import Files window will open.
  3. Select TC Group from the Trader list.

  4. Select the TC Group Catalogue from the Catalogue list.

  5. Click Terms.

  6. In File, click Search and browse to where you have saved the catalogue file.

    Note: Your file must end in .tf for it to be displayed in the Terms File window.

  7. Click Open. Your terms file will start importing immediately.
  8. When the import has completed, a message is displayed. Click OK.
