    ECI Atomic - Downloading an Atomic Cost Price File

Download the Cost Price File

  1. Using your web browser, navigate to http://www.atomicdms.net.
  2. From the upper left part of the page, log in using your username and password.
  3. In the left hand menu, click Download Supplier Cost Prices.
  4. Your Atomic Passport is a list of regularly used suppliers, giving you a shortcut to the cost files you need to access quickly. If the account has been added to your Atomic Passport, find the line in the list and click use.
  5. If the account has not been added to your Atomic Passport, then:
    1. In the Account Provided By list, click the supplier for whom you need to update your cost prices. It is a long list, so type the first couple of characters of the supplier's name to move to the right area of the list.
    2. In the Account Code box, type the account code your supplier has given you.
    3. In the Password box, type the password.
    4. Select Add this account to my passport to include the supplier in the passport list below.
    5. Click Login To Account.
  6. You can now select your price list. Click Download Options, to the right of the price list.
  7. Typically, you are given two options, the plain cost price file and one that includes quantity breaks. Your supplier will tell you which one to download. Click Download.
  8. A price_list_download.zip file is downloaded to the downloads folder used by your browser. You may need to click Save.
    • Chrome

      Press CTRL+J. chrome://downloads will open in a new tab. Click price_list_download.zip.

    • Firefox

      The Opening price_list_download.zip window is displayed. Select the Save File option and click OK. Press CTRL+J. The Library window opens displaying Downloads. Double-click the price_list_download.zip file.

    • Internet Explorer

      An Internet Explorer window opens asking What do you want to do with price_list_download.zip. Click Save. A notification is displayed at the bottom of the window when the download has completed. Click View Downloads, or press CTRL+J.

    • Microsoft Edge

      A notification is displayed at the bottom of the window when the download has completed. Click View Downloads, or press CTRL+J. Click price_list_download.zip.

  9. The Compressed Folder Tools File Explorer window opens displaying the price_list.csv file.
  10. Click Extract all. The Extract Compresses (Zipped) Folders window opens.
  11. Click Browse… and select a destination for your file that can be accessed by Horizon. For HorizonCloud, this should be a location that can be accessed with tsclient. Click OK.
  12. Click Extract.

The file is now ready to be imported into Horizon.
