How do I setup Zetafax to be used with Horizon?

 

Please note the Zetafax is not supported by BlueSky.

Unless you set up the following, you may lose characters from fields that are ‘Right Aligned on documents’.

This is an issue with ZetaFax not Horizon, but you need to be aware of it.

This has to be done with EVERY Zetafax client install on your network.

(Ie, change these settings on each PC.)

  1. Go in to Control Panel and Select Printers.
  2. Select ZetaFax Pinter
  3. Right Click on it and select ‘Properties’
  4. Select ‘Printing Preferences’
  5. Select ‘Advanced’
  6. Change the resolution to 200 x 200 dpi
  7. Make sure the paper size is A4.
  8. Click ‘OK’
  9. Click ‘OK’
  10. Close any windows you have opened to change these settings.
