How do I select the Email recipients?

 

Enter a subject for the email generated.

In the 'Email from,name,replyTo' field enter;

Your email address followed by a comma.

'AutoMate' or ’IT’ followed by a comma.

Your email address again.

In the 'Email To' field enter the email of the recipient. Multiple recipients are separated with a comma.

i.e. sales@dealer.com,accounts@dealer.com

You can also select recipients to CC and BCC to.

The email body is simply the text that is displayed in the email.

The report is attached to the email as a PDF document.

Click '?' to confirm these settings.

Click the ‘Preview’ button to ensure your report runs correctly.
