What do I need to do before using Automate?

 

Remember to load the AutoMate standard reports in to a sub-folder called ‘AutoMate’ in the reports root directory

Ensure that your internal contacts have email addresses, salutations and names filled in.

You may also wish to use the ‘Online Password’ field on your internal contacts to group them. I.e. 'Sales Rep', 'Sales Desk', 'Accounts' etc.

Automate settings are saved once you exit the program, or by clicking 'Save Settings'.

Closing Automate will prevent reports from running.
